Default How to load balance the Private Network

Hello,
I have already configure one load balancer with virtual public and real public IP with piranha tool and all works perfect.
My second step is to load balance traffic from my internal network from the same load balancer to other private network hosts.
Is it possible to use 2 IP (one public and one private) in the same load balancer for load balancing the traffic for the internal network?
If this isn't possible, can i use the public virtual IP from internal network hosts for load balancing the private network traffic ? is this the correct way?

Kind Regards.
