Default Shutdown or Restart Feature in ISPConfig 3

I notice there is no shutdown or restart feature in ISPConfig, but I've seen this in other server control panel programs.

Is there a reason that this is not included? Or is it something that can be added? Just curious. If it was possible to do this, it would make things easier. I'm not a server guy, so I don't know if this is possible or not.

I saw in the changelog that this was "Implemented" but I could not find it in the admin control panel. Any hint where to look for it ?
