block the user at evry second instead of minutes

Hello,
I have use the fail2ban,that works perfectly but one problem is that it is block the Ip address after waiting some time like 5 minutes.But i want to block the attack user immediatly when it see like there is unauthanticated IP address in log.So at where i need to do changes.I am using the asterisk.So please specify in which file and at where need to change the time or anything else.

I've just checked the fail2ban configuration, and I can't find a settings that does what you want to do...
