Default How do you bring-in files from admin to user, besides removable media?

Running Fedora-14 in an antique tower.

Can a user account take files from the admin account directly? or must removable media be used as a go between?

Are you talking about system users (admin = root)? If so, it depends on the permissions of the files/directories.
