Default Virtualization With Xen On CentOS 6.2 (x86_64) (Paravirtualization & Hardware Virtual

I have tried xen recently but problem is that after running XEN it uses too much memory. Recently I read the tutorial (Virtualization With Xen On CentOS 6.2 (x86_64) (Paravirtualization & Hardware Virtual) at howtoforge.com . Today I am going to use install Centos 6.2 and follow this instruction. Please help me how can I stop too much memory usage.
