Default HA server ISPconfig 3

Hello, I have one small server CentOS 6 wich IspConfig 3 run in production. I want to set up one second server in slave for went server one is down. ¿Is posible the second server environment in Devian Squize or I have to install CentOS too?
In the manual's IspConfig the environment is clean the two server. How to I can set up the second server?

Where I find more documentation or manual for this set up?

How to config GlusterFS for my environment?

Thank a lot.

Gonzalo
