Default Move to a new Server

Hi,

I have to move to a new Server soon.
Is there an easy way to move ISPConfig3 over to the new server including ALL ISPConfig related stuff like Settings, Domains, Databases, Mails, CronJobs etc?

Is there a list of what should be copied over somewhere?

Thanks,
Kira

PS: I am not too sure if the new Server will be Debian/Lenny again, would it be a problem if the new server would be a Fedora or ArchLinux?
