External FTP for ISPConfig 2
I was wondering how an admin, reseller, or client would access an external FTP client like FireFTP or Filezilla versus the web FTP in ISPConfig 2. The user credentials created for web ftp like web1_exampleuser don't seem to work.
Thanks in advance
