Default Update to ISPConfig 3.0.4 phpMyAdmin Problems

I have three servers that are all the same. Since upgrading to ISPConfig 3.0.4, all three servers get the exact same error for phpMyAdmin. It cannot be accessed using URL, through ISPConfig as user end or root. It is immediate 500 internal server error. All three servers render the same single error in the logs:

open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/clients/client1/web1/web:/var/www/clients/client1/web1/tmp:/var/www/example.com/web:/srv/www/example.com/web:/usr/share/php5:/tmp:/usr/share/phpmyadmin:/etc/phpmyadmin:/var/lib/phpmyadmin)
