MySQL Replication on Web, Email And MySQL Database Cluster

Hi Guys,
I have run a clustered Web, Mail, DB and DNS with GlusterFS. Volume replication glusterfs working properly. I set to node2 as the mirror of node1 and I have activated, but when I create a mail user, the mail_user table is updated only on node1 and not node2. However, the folder /var/vmail/domain.tld/user is successfully created on both nodes. Can anyone help me with this?
If the node2 is mirror from node1, should be updated automatically or need to set some kind of replication in mysql?
