Default Route add permanently

Hi guys,

Im using Linux mint 11 and I am new to this. I switched from windows to linux just 24 hours ago....I am having a hard time doing a route add permanently. I set my wireless connection on a static config and I wanted to route add a couple of server ips permanently in the terminal but im having a hard time

Can you please help me?
