Default my site not working

Installed ISPConfig 3 properly.

Ubuntu Server 10.10 : working : working : working : working : working
FTP : working : NOT WORKING : NOT WORKING : NOT WORKING : NOT SHOWN FIRST PAGE, redirect to (squirrel webmail)

I think my document root is /var/www/webmail/
But document root is ( /var/www) in /etc/apache2/sites-available/default.
I can't fix this.
