Default List of directories IPSconfig is using

I am setting up IPSconfig with a mail server on Amazon EC2 / ESB and I need to get a list of directories used for configuration and data files so I can move them off to permanent storage. Any links as to where I can find that out? I need IPSconfig with Apache and Postfix. My guess is moving all /home, /etc and /var will be a safe bet?

When i'm backing up a ispconfig server, i backup the following:

/etc/ - config files of running daemons
/usr/local/ispconfig - ispconfig system
/var/www - websites
/var/vmail - mailboxes
And a db dump off all databases.
Real men don't backup... Real men cry!
