Default local ip:8080 just downloads a file called download or index.php

I followed this guide http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...64-ispconfig-3 a few hiccups with finding the packages but everything turns on.. I went and added index.php and others to my DirectoryIndex... frusterating the default apache centos page pulls up just fine, only error I get starting apache/httpd is [warn] NameVirtualHost *:80 has no VirtualHosts

Really appreciate any help... (still haven't messed with my ispconfig CP =()

again I go to my ip http://10.0.1.25:8080 and sometimes i download a file called download and http://10.0.1.25:8080/index.php downloads index.php hahaha weird..
