Change top nav size

Hi,

i would change size top_nav to 78px -> 1024px all tabs have enough space and looks still pretty good.

Also, i notice that the order of the buttons if different on all my ispc3 installations. Maybe that can be fixed as well.

that is on my list to test.
I opened a thread with a small solution, but later i wrote it will be fixed in 3.0.4, i will test.
