Default Creating Nameservers In ISPConfig 3

Hi,
I am trying to create nameservers to run my servers. I followed Falko's tutorial (for GoDaddy registrar), which finally got me somewhere. If I do a nameserver lookup for my test domain, it resolves the nameservers I have created, then going a step further, testing the nameserver ips resolves perfectly now too. However, the domain does not resolve the end WAN Public IP. I have the nameservers pointing to the ip in ISPConfig, but no go. I also did this:

Created A record for ns1.ipcontrol.com >> 24.25.xx.xx0
Created A record for ns2.ipcontrol.com >> 24.25.xx.xx1
This was done at GoDaddy and in ISPConfig. I am missing a step somewhere, but close.

Thanks in advance.
