Default PHP files on WebDAV fix.

I implemented this fix on ISPConfig 2, http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43749

Anyone have ideas of the best way to do this for ISPConfig 3? Currently, all my user's WebDAV accounts attempt to execute the php file rather then download it.

Changing the file extension takes care of this, but forcing users to zip file prior to using webdav is painful. Also, once a PHP file is uploaded, it's impossible to recover/download it unless the admin goes in via SSH to recover it manually.
