Can you remove the line
Code:
10025      inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd
from master.cf and restart Postfix?

Normally you Postfix configuration should be alright after the installation of ISPConfig. I wonder what went wrong on your installation?

I have removed thath line but nothing changed !

so i uninstalled ispconfig and then got it again and install it now everything worked fine

i have a lot email and password how i can import them into this domain ?!
and how users can forward their mail our set autoresponder ? as i saw in ispconfig panel we have this option but users doesnt access to the ispconfig panel ! how i can allow them to use this option

There's no import function. You must create all accounts and passwords manually in ISPConfig.
