Mail Client Access To SMTP/Postfix

Hi Folks,

I set up Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on an EC2 Server Instance.

I can't send mail from Thunderbird, it's retrieves it, just can't send any.

I was successful otherwise, the squirrelmail web client works fine, so debugging is focused on how to get in authenticated.

I followed the ISPConfig 3 on Lucid tutorial.

Any ideas would be appreciated,

Please check the Thiunderbird account settings to ensure that smtp authentication is enabled for sending emails and that it uses the email addressa s username and the same password that you use for pop3/imap access.
