Default How to block incoming email under postfix

Hi All

I have POSTFIX as my MAILSERVER running on CENTOS 5.4 32bit

Here is my setup/config:

Domain Name: tailinsubic-chatserver.com
eth0: ISP IP
eth1: Internal IP

in my main.cf i configured based on what i want to achieved

for example I want to establish External and Internal EMAIL using POSTFIX

prinzz0a@tailinsubic-chatserver.com has permission to send and recieve email outside in any domain name such as yahoo.hotmail,gmail and etc


but for prinzz0b@tailinsubic-chatserver.com permitted only local
but the problem on this is can receive incoming email on other domain like yahoo,gmail,hotmail and etc, But for sending in other domain is rejected.
only in same domain name


Please anyone can help to block all incoming.
