Default Client can not change settings for PHP etc

I have just installed ISPConfig on a Ubuntu 10.04LTS server.
Following the guide on this site.

Made some test clients, and discovered a small problem.
When I log in as a client I can not change settings for clients website.
Enable/disable SuEXEC etc is not possible to save.

I can add things like FTP users etc, no problem.

What might cause this?
