Access forbiden

Just installed Ispconfig 2 on OpenSuse 11.4 x64.
Added 2 sites and I get this error:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

The apache error log gives me this:

Directory index forbiden by Options directive:  /srv/www/htdocs/

So instead of going to /srv/www/web1 or web2 its pointing to /srv/www/htdocs how can I fix ?

What's the output of

ifconfig

and what's in your Vhosts_ispconfig.conf file?

I scrapped this server and started over read new post " Apache2 no VirtualHosts "
