Default uh oh Ubuntu update?

I just did an update on Ubuntu doing aptitude safe-upgrade and I am not sure if this is the cause but all of a sudden I cant create new sites. It creates them in the web interface, but the folders and links aren't their. Even my shell user account creations isn't working.

What could of changed? Any ideas?

I think that you must do an ISPConfig update and when ask you to reconfigure... say yes. your problems seems to be in permission changes.

Alright .. I will give that a shot. I noticed on this page http://www.faqforge.com/linux/contro...e-ispconfig-3/ it says to use that shell script. Just curious where that was. Also it does have a good suggestion about backing up my files and I am going to do that. It got my curious how everyone else handles backing up all the files or the important files?
