Default ISPConfig Users Permissions

Hello all!

I migrated my ISPConfig to another machine and all is right.
But when I add a new customer, ISPConfig does not add to "/etc/passwd" and therefore can not give authorities the user folders.

What should I do to fix it?

Thanks
