Default WebDAV doesn't start - DAVLockDB not created - error 405 Method not allowed

It's not the first time that i'm dealing with WebDAV on Apache, but i'm a little bit lost...

I'm working on a 11.3 openSuse standard Apache with DAV modules activated.
Other Virtual Servers without DAV are working fine.
When connecting with windows client, it asks me a user and pwd but never connects.
When testing with litmus, I receive a "405 Method not allowed Server must allow MKCOL" error at the second step for my folder.

I've seen a lot of questions about that behaviour but no answer. Any idea ?
