Default Create a New Domain Crash Apache2

Hello... i have a "rare" crash..
when i try to create a new domain (for example: domain.com) i can created, i can configured and can navegate in the panel, make ajust and others.
BUT when i enter in the domain (in a browser i try to enter to domain.com) apache2 crash. for restart apache2, i need delete (from the terminal of course) the ../enabled/domain.com.vhost when i delete that file, then, i can restart apache2 and enter again in the ISPconfig3 but if i try to enter again in domaind.com via browser crash again and again and again (of course crash when domain.com.vhost exist)

what can be this posible? i follow the guide and do all perfect (only i'm not install ftp and pop3/imap, but yes other like mysql,fail2ban, etc, etc)

thanks for any help.
