Default ISPConfig3 version of the Remoting Framework

If I was to install a fresh ISPConfig 3 on a new server, would it have the same capabilities for auto account creation the remoting framework provides for ISPConfig 2?

The last time I tried ISPConfig 3 it looked just like ISPConfig 2 except with a TYP03 install thing, but although it seems to look more sleek, I need to have the capabilities for auto-account creation on signup like in ISPConfig 2 with the remoting framework.

Thanks, lemme know
