Wanted. instructions how to install Enterprise Server 5 (Mandriva)

Anybody had any experience with Mandriva Enterprise server 5
I purchassed it 1 month ago and had no responce from Mandrive.

So I hope someone on this community can help me.

everything seems to install OK except the part where the users dont show in the samba section and the windows client can not connect. thats the main part for me.

Seems I am missing some basic settings.
I am new to this area of Linux.
been using Mandriva for many years as a web server & desktop.
I seen some of the tutorials here are much more in derpth than the document I got from the Mandriva download, they tend to assume you know what you are doing most of the times.
