Default Network problems

Hello, I have 2 servers in stockholm and both has ubuntu 10.04 and exacly the same soft and hardware. and it says half duplex and speed 10Mbit on both eth0 but eth1 says 1Gbit, all 4 network cards are the same, the only different is that eth0 on both machines go to 1 switch and eth1 to another. So i should be able to blame the ISP right?
