Default backup and restore

I have been looking through the forum but could not find a real anwser to my question beeing a bit of a newbie here.

The backup process is exelent in ISPCONFIG.
It only seems to lack a restore wizzard/gui.

No problem here, it seems there are two files created.
One is from the backup dump, and the other is from the website data.

I'm using debian(sarge) and was wondering what to do next if I get the files downloaded from the backup FTP server on to a from a crash/hacked reinstalled system.

If anybody has a howto for this on a debian system I would be verry happy.
Thanks in advance.
