ISPConfig 3 is licensed under the BSD license, not under GPL!

Yes, I've read the first post of this thread and aware that I need to have either 'zip' and 'sudo' package. For now, it works and I guess the cause is .my.cnf file on root home folder.

I've both sudo and zip installed and still my folders are empty from backups...

 dpkg -l | egrep -i "(sudo|zip)"
ii  sudo                              1.6.9p17-3                 Provide limited super user privileges to specific users
ii  zip                               2.32-1                     Archiver for .zip files

Just found the root cause (with CentOS), you need to comment out line 1 line by running visudo
Defaults requiretty
