Default HowTo: Dist-Upgrade from 8.04LTS (with ISPConfig 2.0) to 10.04LTS
I tried to do an upgrade from 8.04 to 10.04 using the 7.10 > 8.04 instructions (http://www.howtoforge.com/upgrade-ub...er-to-8.04-lts).

A few errors occurred upgrading from 8.04 to 10.04, but they were showstoppers. Having a smooth upgrade method available would be terrific. I still have 2 servers to get to 10.04, and I'm sure there are others wanting a smooth process also.
