Hi all, I am trying to upgrade my Debian with the latest stable kernel 2.6.35.7 from kernel org , but after 1 hour compiling the process stops with this error

I have typed in make menuconfig kernel version
custom.1.0
I am using these commands
make-kpkg clean
fakeroot make-kpkg --revision=custom.1.0 kernel_image
