Default openVZ installation doubt

Hello, I want to install openVZ on a Debian Lenny ispConfig setup. Was looking at "Installing And Using OpenVZ On Debian Lenny" howTO. Compared to that howTO I found in the openVZ wiki the advice to use a separated partition to store containers cause if you want to "use OpenVZ per-container disk quota, you won't be able to use usual Linux disk quotas on the same partition". Shall I create a separated partition?
