Thats ok and not an error. You are simply in a non existing directory. just run:

cd /

centos.

In 2009, i setuped centos 5.2 with ispconfig 2. last week, i was updating a email user and i accidently update throug webmin.

Since then, i cannot control anything with ispconfig.

This can happen if a centos BIND update changes the named directory permissions. Please see here for the solution:
