Default How do we make individual changes at vhosts that will not be overwritten by ISPC?

I would like to make some individual changes for some vhosts like activate/deactivate several features.

How could I i do it that it stays even if ISPConfig did add or rather change somthing?

You can not do manual changes to the vhosts that where not overridden.

You can only add additional directives in the apache directives window.
