Default vboxheadless-running-virtual-machines on Hetzner eq

Hi guys
I am trying to get sun virtual box to run on my new Hetzner eq server. The problem is that i cant figure out howto assign a ip adress to the machine, i have 3 sub ipadresses who points to the servers macadress.

on hetzner they write
Quote:

to use in this type of IP / subnet allocation, it is not possible a bridged setup, as this occur multiple MAC addresses.
VDS (linux-virtual server, Xen, VMware, etc) must use a so-called "Routed" setup. In an additional subnet has the host system or the IP of dom0 an additional subnet configured and serves as a gateway for the VDS.
The (additional) IP of the host system must therefore be configured in the VDS in each case as a gateway.
An exception is "openvz" which does not require a gateway.
On the host system or the dom0 must "ip_forward be on at every Virtualisierungsart:
Any help would be apreciated

As far as I can see on http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch0...etworkingmodes , there's no routed mode for vboxheadless...
