Default named.conf.local not being updated

I have an issue with ISPc3 controlling BIND

the file:
/var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf.local

is not being updated. I see zones are created in
/var/named/chroot/var/named

but /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf.local is not referencing to zones.

is this normal? How can I fix that?

thank you

PS: I did check other threads in forums. ISPc3 IS configured for chroot
/var/named/chroot/var/named
/var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf
/var/named/chroot/etc/named.local

ok. Don't laugh at me

the very last:
/var/named/chroot/etc/named.local

must be:
/var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf.local

question closed.
