Postfix with mysql

I am new to this forum, so hello! everyone

But now i get the error:

For how far i know i followed the tutorial to the letter.

Does anyone have the same problem or a solution?

Are there any other errors in your mail log?
Does domain.nl exist in the domains table? Make sure it isn't listed in mydestination in /etc/postfix/main.cf.

That error comes from the var/log/mail.log
I have my domain added to the tables in mysql.

but my domain was listed in mydestination in /etc/postfix/main.cf.
I have it removed.

And i can't also not send mail.
If i for example send an email to my hotmail adres i get:

host mx1.hotmail.com[65.54.188.126] said: 550 OU-002

    rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or
    IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please

Please search for Hotmail in this forum - there are already many threads about this topic.
