Default ISPConfig3 and IPtables?

Hi folks!

Another rookie question .

I'd like to config my IPtables to disallow port 22 (FTP) to everyone, except the IP's I select..
Ofcourse I know how to configure this, but everytime I do and reboot (for whatever reason) the standard ISPconfig firewall script (whatever it is) overwrites is.

Is there a quick and easy way to configure some custom rules in IPtables?
