Default big problem, all sites suspended everytime

Hi, im running ispconfig Version: 2.2.36 on a fedora core 7 server, suddenly everytime all my sites are suspended, in the control panel "no action" is selected ? what can me wrong..

I disabled the line in the crontab

40 00 * * * /root/ispconfig/php/php /root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/traffic.php &> /dev/null

to prevent furder site suspending , but is this the right line to prevent it ?

please help,

what happens if a reseller uses more data then assigned, are all the sites suspended belonging to him ?

Set traffic limit to -1 for the reseller and the websites.

Hi Till,

can you confirm that the script

/root/ispconfig/php/php /root/ispconfig/scripts/shell/traffic.php

is responsible for blocking the sites ?

This script is responsible for enforcing of the traffic quota Limits that have been set for resellers, clients and websites. If your sites get suspended, then they reached a traffic limit. So the solution is to set a higher or unlimited traffic and not commenting out the script.
