Default Mail sent from ISPConfig

Hiya.

Does ISPConfig 3 send an e-mail to the e-mail address specified when a client is created?

You know like a "Welcome"-e-mail:
"This is your username, and this is your password. Enjoy your new webhotel."?

Also is it possible to create random strong passwords when creating users? I don't see this option.

Kind regards
Qwalk
