Default Different database for one user

I am testing the ISPConfig3.0.2.2 and found that one database can be accessed by one database username.
Can we set the same mysql user to be used by many databases?

For example:
I created database one with username c_one, and want to create another database with username c_one. but the system can not do it.

Can we improve this feature?
