Question ISPConfig 3 and MultiSite Domain in Magento

Excuse me, but in issues of placing the server I am not best,
I dont want also to smash up current, so I am setting the ones question:

I have the launched already shop, I wants to add second on
the same base and files according to the instruction:

a) In this case are we adding new domain through the panel?
If yes - please suggest exactly in what way.
Note - now is already added by the panel to dns.

b) Whether maybe only we are editing httpd.conf file?
If yes - please suggest exactly in what way.
Note - path file /etc/apache2/httpd.conf - the file now is empty.

If the question is really so simple, that positively funny,
it is possible to laugh but in the break of gasping,
please for the reply
