Default Newsletter and ISPConfig

Hi to everybody.
I'm using ISPConfig on a debian server.
I would like to send an email to all emails managed by ISPConfig every 2-3months (basically with some news)... a kind of newsletter...
There is a way to do it on ISPConfig?

If not, any suggestion on how to do it?

We use Mailchimp. Free up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 emails per month. Works flawlessly
