Default Installing remote api

How can I install remote api to ISPConfig 3?

I've downloaded the pkg file and libxml2, installed libxml2 but don't know where to put .pkg file?

The remote api are part of ISPConfig 3.

What you propably downloaded, was the remote api for ISPConfig 2.
