Default WebDav question

Is it possible to setup apache mod_dav with file versions? What I want is to have a copy of all the versions of a file to be kept automatically. Thanks for help.

I guess what you want is WebDAV + SVN. Take a look here:

What I eventually want to do is to allow applications such as Word and Powerpoint to edit the files directly at the server. I am able to do that with WebDAV, will I be able to do that with webdav and mos_dav_svn?

I haven't tried that combination, but I think it should work.
