And one more thing, the wordpress files are owned by the wrong user. If you do not upload them by ftp, which will ensure that the files are owned by the website user, you will have to chown the files on the shell to the user and group of the website.

But be careful if you do this. Someone told me, that it can dangerous to play with the rights from a ISP config web and this could be IMHO. That's the reason why I would try to delete this web through ISP config, create a new one and upload the wordpress files with a ftp account into the new web.
