How to set a trust "from an email address" for ClamAV and/or SA ?

I have 40 email accounts on 1 domain, Qouta is not configured, using traditional MBox, perferct setup FC4.

1 of these email accounts is used for the "Company BOSS" to send emails to, which forwards the email to all the other 39 email accounts (using the "forward" feature in ISPConfig).

All email accounts have the ClamAV and SA turned on. I'd like for ClamAV and SA to "TRUST" all emails from the "Company BOSS" so that the server does not overload!!

Is there a way to configure this?
