Default Bind installtion

I am doing a fresh install of the perfect setup Karmic Koala. Not yet to the point of installing ISPConfig. I believe I followed the isntructions perfectly but I get to the point if installing bind and I have 2 issues.

1) On reboot I get the error message that says something to the effect of cannot start apparmor, error on line 40 of /etc/apparmor/functions. I tried to uninstall apparmor again, twice. Same issue.

2) At the point when it tells me to move the bind directory, I enter the line:

mv /etc/bind /var/lib/named/etc

It tells me cannot stat, "/etc/bind/" nosuch directory exists.

I'm stumped. I even tried starting all over reinstalling bind. No luck.

Any help is greatly appreciated
